Z-Wave Repair an 2.2.7

I have a C7 running 2.2.7. All my light switches are Inovelli Z-Wave Plus red series dimmers. Anything directly controlling the light works. However, anything with a rule attached to it was running very slowly. (e.g. the basic turning on, a "1 push" was fine, but the rule that says to control that same light, but set it to 35% with their config button, a "7 push" was very, very slow (35 seconds or longer or didn't work at all).

So after resisting all these months I decided to finally do a Z-Wave repair. I saw it go through 2 times - the 2nd pass to "repair" a significant number of devices that "failed'. On this 2nd pass only 1 of those that initially failed was now repaired. However, when I refreshed my Z-Wave page I didn't see anything saying they weren't working and, if fact, virtually all of them showed a cleaner path (many being direct from the hub to the switch even though they are 600 series Z-Wave Plus and not 700 series) and at 100. However, many, many of my automations are not working at all now!

From that example above, about a 7 push the log said:
CentralSceneNotification(keyAttributes:0, scene Number :3 sequenceNumber :211) and nothing else. After a bit I see more activity in the logs, but the light still hasn't come on.

Should I run the Z-Wave Repair again, let it sit overnight, restore a backup?

Here is the Z-Wave details for this switch:

My network started running better when I disabled power monitoring on all my inovelli switches. It was kinda night and day really.

Thanks for the fast reply. I'm doing a repair on them one at a time. Most are now repairing, and then seem to work. I'll turn off the power monitoring when I'm done this (12 more to go).

I was able to repair them one at a time. Most repaired the first time, but a few took multiple attempts. But after doing that they now seem to be working. It seems a bunch of them that had failed before were taking more convoluted routes, so maybe that was it.

Just to verify: That is to set parameter 18 (Active Power Reports) to 0 (zero), correct? (And I'm assuming that if I set 18 to 0 I don't need to set 19, Periodic Power and Energy Reports, or 20, Energy Reports, then).

You might wanna clarify with Inovelli, but what seems to be working for me was
18-set to 0
19-set to 32767
20-set to 100

I'll do post over there.
