Just migrated from a C-3 to a C-7 after the old hub started acting strange following storm power outages. Everything seems to be working OK, but when I do a Z-wave repair, I get these errors. Since it's all working, should I just ignore them?
Looking at the z-wave table, I see device 11 may be a ghost device. Should I delete it, and could it be the problem?
Was this working before the power outage?
Have you turned off the hub from the settings menu, and pulled the plug for a minute or so before powering the hub up again? There have been a few reported instances of this happening, and the table filled in once the hub was rebooted.
Also, I believe is is not recommended, nor is a full repair needed, with the C7. If you do need to do a repair, individual node repair is the suggested method.
Everything was working on the C-3 before and all devices seem to be working now. But device 11 seems to be connected to nothing.
Yes, it should be removed. It is likely not helping with the issues you are seeing.
Try and figure out which device the ghost represents, and remove power from the device, and then use the Remove button on the Z-Wave page.
