Z-wave outlet switches dropping connectivity

I have mostly Zigbee lights and switches in my house and they work flawlessly, but I have a few z-wave outdoor plugs that are end up in a "not responding" state. All 3 plugs are from different manufacturers (Zooz, Eva Logik, and Minoston). All three will work for a few days, and then they stop responding to both scheduled actions using Simple Automation Rules and manually turning them on/off. These outlet switches are very close to the hubitat (10ft), and I've done troubleshooting with the device right beside the HE C7.

Surely the different brands wouldn't all have the same issue, right? Is this a problem with Hubitat in general? I know others have had similar problems, but has anyone else figured out how to resolve these issues?

Yes, from the devices web GUI. Sorry, should have been clearer there. These outlets do not have a physical switch.

As said above I would add a repeater (Aeotec 6 or 7) to stabilize your mesh then run a z-wave repair. Do you have any ghosts in your z-wave table? That can also cause similar symptoms

Those three devices may all be manufactured by the same OEM.
I have had very odd results with the Eva Logik outdoor outlets.

I appreciate the feedback!

Is a repeater necessary even though there's only 10ft in between Hubitat and the z-wave outlet? I brought one of the outlets inside a week or so ago just to test it, and placed it directly beside the Hubitat - still no luck keeping it working more than for a few days at a time. I might be missing one of the key reasons to have a repeater. Does it improve connectivity even if distance is not a factor?

My other z-wave devices are 2 sirens, 4 wall remotes, and an energy meter, and are further away that the switch, but the other devices have had no problem.

Does Zigbee have less problems than z-wave, just generally speaking?
