I ran repair on this node a couple of times, then it comes up with delete. Ran delete with no change. Ran refresh after a while, no change. I've probably gone through this after reboot at least 5x. Nothing ever works. I've gone through this forum with no actual sucess. This kinda bugs me, any suggestions.

Can you post your zwave details page and point out the node in question? And for those of us who are of an age where our eyesight represents challenges, a screen shot from a full size browser as opposed to the mobile client would be most helpful.

How many other "SPECIFIC_TYPE_POWER_SWITCH_MULTILEVEL" z-wave nodes do you have? These would be z-wave dimmers. I see you have at least one (node 0x0D - Kitchen 3).
Disconnect power from all those devices (most easily from the breaker), then click "Discover" and proceed to remove node 0x0F.
