Z-Wave network - device connection problem

I had no experience with Z-Wave and I did the exclusion process incorrectly:

• I factory reset the device
• I force removed the device

After that I had problem with adding the device again so I started to read.
I know now about ghost nodes. I removed everything. My z-wave settings looks now like this:

I as well powered off my Hubitat.
My device is blinking blue after factory reset.

Hubitat doesn't see the device during inclusion process.

Please help - any idea what can it be and how can I add device? I can't close my shutters for the night

I would try putting the device into pairing mode and doing a Z-Wave Exclude, and then attempt including it.

I did. Hubi find the device but including process finally failed. At the second time device not found
Today second part of tests.

Works!
Key was to turn-off the power for some time for Hubitat. After that I saw the gost node created during inclusion failed. After cleaning it pairing again succeed!
