I have this 'Failed' showing in the Z Wave Mesh Details app for a device I added yesterday:
In Settings > Z Wave Details it's showing 'Pending':
It included fine without security and seems to be working normally - one of the child devices is used in a Room Lighting instance. Any ideas what I should be looking for?
I tried clicking Refresh in Z Wave Details and that had no effect. However after clicking the Refresh on the device command panel, it's updated to 'OK':
It's done this a couple of times now so has me confused...
