I have 2 yrd 216 locks, that coincidentally both have lost connection. However, when I look at the zwave status and refresh both seem to be reporting. I tried to reconnect, to no avail. Any clue as to next steps? Should I try to exclude and readd?
The Z-Wave status looks normal. Would be weird if both locks up and died at exactly the same time. I guess the only suggestion I can think of is try exclude and include again...
