Z-Wave JS Error ZWaveJS Installation is Invalid

I'm trying to switch my C8 Pro hub to Z-Wave JS to fix a Z-Wave LR S2 security error during Smartstart. Each time I try to activate Z-Wave JS, I get a 'ZWaveJS Installation is Invalid' error.

I've tried both through the web interface, the app, and through the IP direct
hubIP/hub/Zwave2/enable
... /disable
with the same results.

I wasn't able to find any additional reference or topic to help solve. Any assistance is appreciated!

What platform version is your hub on?

Have you tried shutting down/pull power/wait 30s/reconnect power/restart, and then try to switch to JS?

I’m running ver 2.4.3.149.

I just restarted (by pulling power as you stated) the hub while trying to work through the smartstart problem, but I will try that again tomorrow.

Thank you!

Make sure you shut down/pull power/wait 30s/reconnect power.

A normal restart won't clear/restart the Zigbee/Z-Wave radios like a shut down/pull power does.

Good luck!

Just tried it again, same result.

I have the same thing. Not a big deal for me as this is on my second C8 Pro hub, which doesn't have any Z-Wave devices on it; I was just trying to keep things the same basic configuration. Version 2.4.3.158

We were in a chat with the staff so they could do some investigation on our hubs. I'm all good now, and I think demillerusn is as well. Thanks!
