Z-wave inclusion ie: Minoston dimmer 11zs

Just got my C-7 hub up and running this last cpl. of days. I brought both Minoston 10zs switch and 11zs dimmer. I made a few noobie mistakes getting them to include. But finally my switch did include but my dimmer will not fully. The dimmer has been excluded from the hub. What do I do next? I've been reading about ghost nodes. Feeling lost and about ready to go zigbee. OH... and my dimmer is closer to the hub then the switch. HELP

To see if you have ghost nodes, go to Z-Wave details and look for devices that have nothing in the clusters column.
