I am trying to run the ZWave firmware update I received an email about. When I click the red "Update Firmware" button it turns grey for a few seconds then turns red again. Nothing else happens. Yes, I cleared my cache and restarted my hub after the software update.
Try the following:
- Gracefully shut down the hub
- Remove power cord for 30s
- Power it back up
- Wait 3 minutes
- Try firmware update again
No that didn't work, but thank you for the reply. I think it is a Firefox issue. I tried on Chrome and it said "Z-Wave Updater: Firmware is already up to date" when I clicked the same button

HE staff have mentioned that Chrome is the best browser to use for full functionality of the hub
