Just switched from ST to HE. So far, incredibly happy but I have a single Z-Wave switch that is causing me trouble. This GE Fan Controller worked fine with ST right up until I unplugged the ST Hub. However, I can't get it to include or exclude using HE.
I've successfully used the Hubitat interface to exclude each of my z-wave switches then re-include them into Hubitat. Except for this one switch - it doesn't even exclude.
I've tried pulling air gap but that didn't fix the problem. I've also rebooted my HE and no luck there either.
I don't think it's a range issue, because I have two other z-wave switches in the same gang box that are included in my hubitat network just fine.
Any other ideas?
