Platform version 2.3.9.176
Hardware version C-5
I was recently messing around with my Hubitat adding some more devices. I have a bunch of the Inovelli Z-wave red series switches/dimmers. Well after some reading I noticed the driver I was using was quite out of date and updated it to the recommended driver from the manufacturer. After switching to that driver I was able to see energy usage, but they stopped working after some time.
So I tried to repair them, eventually fully resetting the device. Even after fully resetting the device multiple times I can't seem to get it to pair. Even devices that I did not update the driver on do not work anymore.
Any help would be appreciated.
Shut down the hub and unplug it for 30 seconds then power back up. This is the only way to reboot the z-wave radio.

Can you exclude the devices from you hub? Is that working?
@jtp10181 I did that and now I see devices again. I was able to run an exclude and then include. The include fails. I've even tried factory resetting the switch.
I can't imagine it would be range as it's RIGHT next to the hub.
The device list shows some of these, I'm not sure if that matters.
I didn't know you could get ghosts on a C5.
You could try running the discover on the newest one to see if it will include fully.
Otherwise I am not very helpful with a C5 hub, they have a different z-wave details page that I am not very familiar with.
The logs might show some sort of error for the inclusion, that might be useful.
I have never seen a discover button on my C5. Interesting.....
You can definitely get ghosts on a C5 but you need a usb to get rid of them.
@atrueresistance You likely have ghosts enough where nothing will pair. For giggles can you post your z-wave details page in it's entirety? (Use windows SNIP)
You will need a z-wave stick to clear the ghosts and clean up your z-wave table.
So oddly enough the two switches I was having trouble with I tried tonight. They paired after 5 or so hours of not messing with it. I ran an exclude, it found it to exclude and then repairing added perfectly.
