High I've updated to 1.1.7 and just got three new devices from two different manufacturers and I cannot get them to join.
Tried 6ft, 12ft and 20ft away from the hub. None of the three are seen when performing an add device.
I have also rebooted the hub and have done a Z-wave repair as well.

All three are Z-wave plus devices.
I added a Linear (brand) in wall dimmer yesterday after the update. It wasn’t very close. Just adding this for add’l info. It was on a different floor probably 30 linear feet away.
Try a factory reset on the devices. Worth a try on at least one of them.
Did you exclude them first? Try excluding them, and then see if they will add.
Tried both these.
Pulled my old Vera out of the box and they will include and exclude on it as expected. I did factory resets and tried again on the HE hub, still no go.
@bobbyD Did put my Hub in zwave debug logging mode. Of course that woke it up and everything pair fine.
Look inside Z-Wave information page and see if you have any Z-Wave device with no device name. Possible there was an issue during inclusion and it's now stuck with a ghost device.
I did look there nothing. The Leviton switches will actually flash red after 20 seconds if the include didn't work.
Got it all working now. When Bobby turned on debugging everything started to work like you would expect.

Exclude them in HE.
Strange to see debugging solved the problem but hey, glad you got them working.
Tried all that exclude, factory reset, hub reboot, z-wave repair. It took putting the hub in zwave debug mode from HE to get me going.
Just paired a z-wave device fine and I'm on 1.1.7 too. So, think it might be an isolated problem.
