Z Wave dimmer rule works some of the time

I have a GE Z wave dimmer installed to turn on a few outside light at Sunset and off at Sunrise
The created the Basic rule quite some time ago and it worked flawlessly until recently .
It probably work 1/2 the time...the lights just don't come on.
Here is the rule. Pretty basic. The rule call for 3 lights to turn..2 with smart bulbs and one with the dimmer... its just the dimmer that doesn't get the turn on command. If I turn it on with physical switch it works. Here is the Rule

And here is the log for tonight when it turned on

I'll make note of an evening when it doesn't turn on and check the logs.
Thanks in advance for any ideas as to why this is happening

What is hub model and platform version?

Can you reliably control the device from the on/off commands on the device page?

It sounds like it is probably a z-wave communication problem.

How many zwave devices do you have?
Added or removed any devices recently?
Would be good to see the entire z-wave details page (May take multiple screenshots).

C-8 Pro
Ver 2.4.0.151
Yes I can control from the device page and physical switch
33 z wave devices
I recently installed a Z wave front door lock but this flakiness started well before that
BTW the deice is called Front light

Sorry I forgot to give you my standard instructions from the READ FIRST POST.
Can you refresh the stats and get those again. Also please give all the info listed below:

Hub is running on supplied power block
Uptime-75 devices,
Hub uptime is 10d 23h 39m 23s

Need to see the full z-wave details again after you click Refresh Statistics button please. Sorry I forgot to mention that the first time.

Thanks for helping with this

Are you sure you clicked on Refresh Stats? All the RTT values are blank.

With an uptime of 10 days there should be more info in there.
May need to refresh the page after clicking refresh stats.

How's this?

Bingo now look at these numbers for the Front Light compared to all the other devices.

It seems to be struggling. Its having a hard time talking to the hub, and keeps switching routes. The RTT is the round trip communication time. You want less than 100ms, less than 10ms is optimal.

Any metal or other interference it may be getting? Does it have good options for other repeaters nearby that are always online?

Looks like a few devices are trying to route through 0x07 (Painting) but it kind of looks like that device is offline? Can you verify if that device is working?

Interesting, I have learned something as I always do when surfing this community
The painting is a plug right below this switch
Let me check on it .
I’ll get back to you .
Thanks so much .
