Not sure if this info will help, but just wanted to report a finding. One of my switches that had disappeared was named Toilet Light. I didn't end up re-adding it, because I was about to replace it with a new Inovelli Red Dimmer. So I added the new device with that same name. As I was about to go re-add it to my automations, I noticed that it had automatically replaced my old switch with the new one by the same name.
@bobbyD I sent a couple emails over the weekend - one of my devices disappeared again, after adding it back, I'd imagine you have a backlog, but thought I'd see if you got them.
