Z-Wave devices aren't functioning after a HubProtect migration from C5 to C7

My C5 had been solid for years, then started becoming unresponsive every few months requiring a power cycle. I decided to upgrade to a C7. I got HubProtect so I thought it would be easy. I followed the Migration youtube video exactly but none of my Z-Wave devices are working.
I tried to restore a second time from the cloud backup and have the same results.

Does anyone know any way to diagnose the HubProtect Z-Wave migration to see why it failed?

Please send me a private message along with your hub's MAC address so we can look into what might have gone wrong.

bobbyD sorted me out. During the Migration, there is a Cloud Restore dialog box. There is a checkbox entitled "Migrate Z-Wave Radio". That checkbox is the default control on the page so my browser surrounded it with a grey circle and I thought it was an icon, not a checkbox. This box needs to be checked.
