Z-wave device (Zooz Zen25) warning in logs - any idea what this is?

I saw the following for the first time and was wondering what this means and what would cause it. The device is a Zooz Zen25 Double plug that I has been there pretty much since I got HE (about 2 years ago). HE FW is 2.2.8.156

I have reporting set to once a day but have never seen this message before.

Not sure, it doesn't look like it's coming from the device. It may be generated by HE in response to communication issues but we're not that familiar with the platform to translate this.

@rakeshg are you seeing any issues with your plug?

No issues that I can see. This was the only strange warning message and I have not seen it before or since.
