Z-wave device won't pair

I successfully paired 4 zigbee ST door sensors. But my Ecolink Z Wave Plus garage door sensor won't pair. I go to Discover New Devices and then put the battery in the device but HE doesn't find it.

Suggestions? :blush:

New or it was previously joined to another hub?

It's brand new. Sorry for posting here before I searched the other posts. There was a clear instruction on how to exclude the zwave device in order to have another pair attempt. Once I did that it worked perfectly.

I just joined the same sensor a few minutes ago with no issues (so far). I know it works.

If this is your only Zwave device, you may be too far from the hub for a good signal??

I believe the issue was that it wasn't excluded and it's all good now.
