Z-wave device showing "initialized" as "false" yet still works?

One of my z-wave devices is showing up as initialized:falze in the z-wave information page of the settings section of my Hubitat. The device still seems to work just fine (I'm able to turn the device on/off from the web UI), so I'm confused what that means and how to fix it.

Are they battery devices? Could it be a similar instance as described here where they show something other than active, yet still work?

Itโ€™s not a battery device. Itโ€™s a GE plug in lamp/appliance module. I did move if from one room to another, but I figured a z-wave repair would fix any issues. As I said, it still seems to work fine. It just shows โ€œfalseโ€ under the initialized section.

Sorry I can't help. Those two letters "GE" seem to often go hand in hand with a Z-Wave issue.

It might be best to simply submit a case to support@hubitat.com.

I removed and re-added the device, and it seems to be working now.
