My Z-Wave was working perfectly until a soft reset and cloud backup yesterday. This is the current status today after multiple shutdowns, backup from previous cloud backups, fiddling, etc. I'm not sure what all of this means. Not everything is working as it should. WAF at all-time low. Any advice appreciated. (Not changing wifes again, though)
Post screen prints of your Z-Wave Details page - Settings>Z-Wave Details. Make sure the screen shots include the last column labeled Route. May take several screen shots if you have a lot of devices.
Would also be good to understand why you did this - what otherproblem had occurred that you needed to do a soft reset?
Thanks but those aren't the Z-Wave details page. To get to the Z-Wave details page go to Settings and then scroll to the bottom and look for Z-Wave Details.
Click that option and then send screenshots of those pages.

Use the Chrome extension GoFullPage to capture a large page in a single image.
That works, but for me it's easier to read/work with several separate screen shots rather than on big one. Personal preference, obviously...
