Z-Wave Delays Troubleshooting

Hi, I am really struggling with Z-Wave. I just recently installed a lot of Zooz 3-way switches and zooz sensors. Everything will work fine for a short while, but then when I really wanna actually use the devices (and show it off...), it freezes up or has a major delay in the responses and spam all at once later for the delayed devices.

I initially had the devices on S2 security, but read (conflicting readings of course...) that no security was faster due to lack of needed handshakes, so I went and un-enrolled and re-enrolled all my devices without security to help with some of these delays. The devices seem a tad more responsive, but not much more.

Most of my devices are downstairs, with maybe 4 upstairs. The hub is near the middle of the downstairs in the open. I am unsure why random devices are at 40kbps too.

A 40 Kpbs connection also isn't inherently bad; sometimes it will knock down speed to extend range, or if you have older Z-Wave devices, it may be all it can do.

None of your stats really stand out to me, so I'm not sure what could be causing your problems. I see you're on 2.3.8.140, which does have a specific Z-Wave-related fix, so if you haven't been on that for very long and haven't seen the problem yet, it's possible the changes helped you.
