Z-wave being routed through non-existent repeater?

I have a Z-wave device showing that it's being routed through a node that's not listed in the Z-wave details. I'd call it a ghost node, but I'm not sure how to remove it since it's not in the list. Screenshots are below.

I've tried clicking on "repair" for the device that's being routed, and I've tried shutting down the hub, unplugging, waiting several minutes, and rebooting. I have a Z-stick, but I can't identify the device there either.

I have a C8-Pro running 2.3.9.171.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

This shows the device 28 (DHW recirculation pump) being routed through 1D, but there is no 1D:

This shows repeater 1D as "unknown:"

Here is the full Z-wave device list (device 76 is my Z-stick):

EDITED:

I thought removing and re-adding the device being routed worked, but once I had returned it to its previous physical location (I had placed it close to the hub to re-pair it), the phantom routing node reappeared.

If you wait 24 hours or so, it may go away by itself. If the device is working, then I would not try anything else drastic until you wait some time and see if it goes away.

I did try rebooting the Z-wave radio, but no luck

This is getting stranger: I realized that when I re-paired the device (DHW recirculation pump), I didn't remove it first. So, I tried removing it--I had to do a force remove, as exclusion didn't work. That, of course, left a ghost node, which I removed with my Z-stick. But when I went back to Hubitat, it's still there.

According to the Z-stick, there is no device 28:

But in Hubitat, device 28 is still there (I can't get the "remove" button to appear in Hubitat):

The device wasn't working properly. It sometimes responded (after a delay), but not always. The Z-wave info shows numerous route changes, I assume because of the phantom repeater.

Well, one more Z-wave radio reboot removed that device 28.

I did a factory reset and re-added it, which created a new device, #103. I thought all was good, but then I looked and that phantom repeater 1D (which still doesn't exist as a device in the Z-wave details) remains:

Not sure what you mean by "z-wave radio reboot" - but just to confirm, to fully clear/restart the Z-Wave radio you have to shut down the hub, pull power when you get the red LED on the hub, wait 30s, then plug in the hub again and let it boot up. Just a normal reboot from the hub Settings menu will not clear/restart the Z-Wave (or Zigbee) radio. The full shut-down is required.

I think you know that, but wanted to not it just to clarify just in case, and for others who may see this.

Yes, that's what I've been doing (although I've waited more like 10 minutes each time).

Thanks for confirming, 30s is more than enough, no need to wait longer.

If you did wait close to 15m or 20m you'll put your Zigbee devices in Panic Mode and they will rebuild all their neighbor tables...probably something you usually don't want/need to do.

That's good to know--I'll keep the 30 second thing in mind.

FWIW, after several hours of tinkering, I got rid of the phantom repeater. I unplugged three repeaters in the area, and found that the phantom disappeared. When I plugged them back in, it reappeared--even though it the phantom identifier (1D) didn't belong to of any of them in the Z-wave details.

I could have tried to narrow things down, but I ended up removing and factory resetting all three repeaters. I re-paired two, and decided I didn't need the third. I also factory reset and re-paired the end device that had shown the phantom repeater in its route. That device now appears to be working, with no phantom repeater.
