My c4 is stuck in this state. I've rebooted a number of times but no go. I cannot get into the webpage to see what version I have or to do any diagnostics. It's been like this for the past day or so. Did my c4 just go south? Or, is there anything I can do to get it going?
BTW, the trouble shooting guide only really says this could be a DNS problem, but this is the only device on my network with a connection problem.
Also I am not aware if the hub recently updated its firmware. I think the last time I manually did it was last week.
Have you tried going to the diag page for the hub. It should be it's address with :8081 at the end like mine would be http://192.168.86.47:8081
You will need the MAC Address off the bottom of the hub to log into the diag tool though. From there you should be able to do a reset or reload the firmware if needed.
Thanks. I went to the Diag page, did a soft reset, reloaded a previous backup, and now I think I'm back to running again. I suspect I got into this mode when my WAN connection went down.
