It is an out of date Hubitat model. Last sold in 2020.
As an alternative, have you considered updating to a more modern lock? The FE599 is a 300-series z-wave lever lock. 300-series chips were replaced by 500-series z-wave+ chips in 2013 (i.e. almost 10 years ago). It is a crying shame that while every other z-wave lock manufacturer has updated their lever locks and deadbolts to a modern z-wave+ chip, Schlage hasn't done so.
BTW, 700-series z-wave+ v2 chips were released in 2019, and 800-series chips are available now.
I am open to replacing the lock. However, I need lever action lock in "aged bronze' or similar color, with a physical key only option. I don't have any Zigbee devices on my system yet, and the hub and lock are approx. 60' apart (My current configuration has a Z-Wave repeater next to the lock), so I guess I want Z-Wave rather than Zigbee
Yale is the best I’ve used. I sold two with my old house, bought two more for this house, and just bought another two for use with my two sheds. All are YRD 256, and all use Z-Wave. No problems.
Ok, thanks for the advice, installed a YRL216-ZW2-0BP today and it installed first time. Also managed to source a Habitat C-5 from ebay, so the Schalge may yet live again on the Garage door
Got my C5 today. Previous owner had de-registered it correctly, and was able to boot it, turn it, add it to my account and set up Hublink. Installed the FE599 inplace of the FE595 on the Garage Door. Opened up add device on the C5 and was able to exclude and include it first time, with no problem.
