I just installed a Yale YRD226-ZW2-619 and was able to pair it successful and with Lock manager add two codes no problem. Issue is when I unlock/lock the device via the device page or dashboard the status never updates. The device will lock or unlock physically just the status never updates in the dashboard or device page. If I click refresh it updates. Is this normal for a ZWave plus device? Should I need to use the ZWave poller app?
Did you click configure after saving the driver? Not sure it's needed, but it can't hurt to try it.
Yup, twice. I know with some devices they take 12 hours or so to "wake up" but I didnt see anything about that in the logs or in the device manaul
You could do a periodic scheduled refresh in Rule Machine, but it may drain the batteries in the lock faster. It should update though. It's on the compatible list. I would try removing the driver and reinstalling. Tagging @mike.maxwell
Open up live logging, then in another window open the driver page, enable debug logging, then lock and unlock the lock, do not hit refresh, then past the logs here...
Those are past logs? Please isolate the Dev 330 past logs, and paste them.

This doesn't make any sense, you're saying that you can lock and unlock from the driver, and that's all that's shown in the logs?
What activity generated the two lock events at 9 and 9:03?
I removed the device and readded it then did refresh -> configure -> lock -> unlock and it updates in the device page now. I'm also seeing the correct updates in the logs.
