Yale YRD156

My YRD156 Yale Z-Wave Deadbolt lock has been working perfectly for about 5 years now. All of the sudden, it stopped communicating with the controller. I tried:

Excluding the deadbolt from the Hubitat controller. It was unable to exclude.
Force removed the deadbolt.
Factory reset the deadbolt.

But nothing worked. When I try to put the deadbolt in inclusion mode, it gives me the error beep.

I contacted Yale support letting them know the Zwave was not working anymore and they wanted me to find out if this was a supported lock on the Hubitat device. Does anyone know if it is supported?

Thanks.

Not sure if this will help but someone else had a issues and got it to work.

Thanks for your reply...I appreciate it. I saw this post earlier and tried enrolling it based on the notes in the post. However, I was unsuccessful with it.

Sorry to hear. Was hoping it would help. To answer your original question it is not listed here

But sure wouldn't think that if it was working and just stopped that it would a HE generic driver issue. But one of the gurus will need to chime in.

Any changes to zwave devices recently? One thing I typically do when I have include/exlcude issues is, if you didn't already, shut down the hub and leave it off for a while. Then power back up and see if you can exclude it.

Nothing changed in the Zwave network other than a some hub updates. But like you said, it's been working for about 5 years now.

I think it might be. Memory says this lock was marketed as the "Yale Assure Lock SL". I used to have a couple of them in my previous home.
