I moved my HE so it closer to most devices. It was working fine until I inadvertently unplugged it. Now it's not recognized.
Does your hub have a DHCP reservation with your router?
Not to my knowledge. This is crazy! I unplugged it for all of 5 seconds and now I the web portal doesn't see it!!

You should consider reserving an IP address for the hub in your router’s DHCP settings. Can’t tell if that’s related to the issue you just described but it’s a good idea in general.
You didn't mention but if you did not shut down the hub before unplugging, you should.

Yanking the plug, whether on accident, or on purpose, is going to cause an automatic database rebuilt when power is restored. The hub will be either very slow or unresponsive during that time. As mentioned, always shutdown if you intend to unplug or you think you might accidentally unplug it.
