Write to file %time% including seconds

Hi:

I want to export log info for a contact event, but I guess I can't export log files.

So I made a rule (5.0) to write to a file and use Append %date% %time%. This gets me hours and minutes only,

However I need seconds information. how can I get that into the file?

Later I will use HTTP commands to get the file to a server, and clear the file.

Go back into your Rule and select the desired time format from the control ("Select time format for %time% and %now%") underneath your actions.

Example: 01:57:29.942
