A month or so ago my password to my hub stopped working. I clicked the Forgot Password link, got the email, changed my password, was able to use the hub during the password change session. As soon as I logged out and tried to log in again my password didn't work. I've been having to do the Forgot Password link for the past month. Has anyone seen this and have any thoughts?
As soon as I posted that I realized I wasn't really getting an error message other than Firefox telling me the connection wasn't secure. I tested in Safari (Mac user) and it worked fine. Looks like there's an issue with Firefox and the connection not being secure maybe.
Are you using httpS ? Because the default cert buried in the Platform OS, expired a long time ago.
Oh wow. That's totally my issue. For some reason it started going to http rather than httpS. Thanks for pointing that out.
You want it to go to http not s. That said if you have to have it, you can do a self signed certificate and install it on the hub.
