Myself and several others recently installed the Sage doorbell sensor. Im very happy with it. And it was dirt cheap on eBay.

Here's the modified code in case anybody's interested. I removed the "back door" doorbell but it's easy to add in. I also removed all other functionality (except the actual sensor opening/closing).
