windowShade Status not updating

Hi

When opening or closing the window shades the status is not updating. It always says "windowShade : opening" or closing but it is not updating to "open" or closed. I have this issue with the Qubino Shutter Module. I only have this issue with two devices. Settings are the same for all of them. Any ideas?

Are all the shades that are connected to the Qubino modules the same or are the two that aren't working a different type? I'd start by recalibrating the two that don't work so that the module correctly learns their open and closed position.

They are the same and i already recalibrated. Seems like the device is just not sending the last state

Forgetting 'open' and 'closed' - what are the 'level' and 'position' value showing as in the current states panel when they are open and closed? Do they show correctly (0 when closed, 99 when open)? That might indicate whether the calibration is working correctly.

If the calibration is not working correctly for the attached load and not sensing the limits, they will never correctly show 'open' and 'closed'. If that's the case there are a couple of settings in the driver that can be adjusted ('Motor Operation Detection' and "Power Consumption Max Delay Time') that may fix that so that the module correctly senses the limit.

Failing that the workaround would be to set the 'Motor Moving Time' which overrides the calibration. You would time how long an open and close take and set the longer (plus a second or two) in that box.
