I need help with choosing windows/ doors open & close sensors. Please let me know what sensors are you using
The answer depends largely on where you live; the gadget's availability is different.
I am using exclusively Aqara and Tuya contact sensors. The Aqara sensors are very small in size, and the battery lasts for years; they have a good WAF. However, you need to have a strong Zigbee mesh with mains-powered 'Aqara friendly' routers (repeaters), otherwise they will drop off the mesh.
Tuya contact sensors are less problematic.
Do you have a particular brand/model in mind?
The safest approach is to use devices which are in Hubitat Compatibility list :
