Window browsers - trouble logging into Hubitat?

Windows11 pro
Brave Browser, Shields down, Browser up to date

Does anyone else have trouble with Hubitat on Win11 Pro?

At times I can log in thru Find Hub .. or even directly from my bookmarked LAN address but most times ... Windows Edge, Brave browsers ... time out hitting the hub. Now ... four minutes later I finally have Windows/Bravebrowser and Hubitat front end.

Router static address for hub
VipreAV expection for browser
Not sure if I made a firewall exception
Disabled router AI Protection for all the various outside attacks.
Believe Braves Java is enabled.

Now I do GREAT Hubitat from my android tablet, no fussing at all @!!

IS THERE (excuse me) a security certificate needed
.. or do I need to modify HOSTS ?

I use Brave daily. No issues.

I also have no issue with Brave on Android but Win11 is not solid on my system

If this helps when I do connect, my url reads

NOT SECURE -h-t-t-p-s-://192.168.50.24/

like the one time invalid certificate error I initially have hitting my hubitat IP
Course I proceed at my own risk (cool by me but maybe a clue). Get the same warning in Edge. Thanks
