Wifi / LAN issues

Hello Guys

I installed the wifi drivers on my C7 device for testing purpose, since then my ethernet adapter is not connecting to the internet for some reason.

There is no blockage or firewall involved. Still the hub is unable to connect to the internet.

Here are few screenshots

  1. When hub is connected via ethernet alone - No Cloud Connection available

  2. When hub is connected with wifi - it is connected to the cloud

I am facing a lot of issues because of this. I want to use the LAN for all processing, is there a way to remove or uninstall the wifi drivers? or any other way to fix this connection issue?

Thanks

Press and hold the network reset button on the bottom of the hub for at least 7 seconds. The hub will then reboot itself and the networking should be back to Ethernet with DHCP.

Is that reset with the hub powered or off?

With the hub powered on.

Thanks - the reboot was what reset for me. Without that, I had both LAN and WiFi active at 2 different IP's.
