I have the following rule that I thought was straight forward but it does not want to repeat if the door is left open. Any help appreciated. Time reduced for testing.
Order matters. Get that Repeat action up to the top.
I am also seeing this in the logs. I do not know what this means at all.

Post screenshot. Assuming the rule is still TRUE Iād expect it to keep repeating
