Why is this happening?

Getting ready to do a version update and decided to backup to local and to the cloud. I Keep getting this failure message. Any clues?

Do you see anything in the logs?

Nothing in the logs, but I just figured it out. You have to delete at least one existing cloud backup in order to create another one manually. Would be nice if the error message said "no room left".

That is not how it works. If you already have 5 backups, the newest backup replaces the oldest. Likely it was a coincidence that the backup worked after you deleted one. Please send a message to @support_team along with your hub ID. We would like to learn more about why your backup failed in the first place.
