Over the last few days I've noticed that when I launch an app, the little green check mark on the top right corner keeps switching from a green arrow to a red exclamation mark. I've attached a screen recording which shows this behavior. Any idea why this is happening? Is this something I need to be concerned about? Thank you all in advance for your help!

The red exclamation point means you do not have connection, usually when switching from your wifi network to cloud and vice versa. It is totally normal (and not anything new, not really sure why its just being noticed now). usually its just a few second while your are changing from one network to the other. If its longer than that you do not have network connectivity on your phone (it is not typically an app issue, nothing else will have connectivity either)
That makes sense. As long as I don't have to worry about devices not working, I'm going to ignore those changes. Thank you for your insight!
