Why is the Hubitat Elevation app slow/acting weird?

First issue is with device state updates in the app. One user is using the Hubitat Elevation app for iOS, and noticed that when she goes to lock/unlock the Z-Wave smartlocks I’ve added to the hub, they do indeed change lock state, but it doesn’t show her in the app that the lock state has changed for at least 5-10 minutes. When she changes the lock state in her app, I can see the change immediately in the local admin interface (LAN IP in a web browser), and of course I do see the locks physically turn. But there’s a major delay with the app, even when her phone is on the same LAN.

If I try changing lock states in the cloud admin panel for this hub, there is a slight delay of a few seconds, but not as bad as the app.

I have an Android, so I wanted to test on mine to see if the experience was any better. She’s added me on the account and I can get into Hubspace Elevate, but it asks me to add my phone to as a device to monitor, that’s not what we want. I don’t see a way past that, but I've attached a picture of what I see - nevermind, uploading a picture to a post doesn't seem to work...

If I do add my phone, then I can get through the Android app further and see devices, dashboards, and notifications tabs, etc. But the second issue I myself am seeing is that the dashboards tab in my app takes a few minutes to show the (2) dashboards. When I go to the alerts tab, it just spins for a while, and even after a few minutes I don’t see anything else, just spinning.

Hoping you can give us some suggestions to make the app experience usable. The goal is to be able to quickly and easily manage the door locks and user access codes from the app/dashboards, but since the lock states and dashboards are not very responsive, I haven’t even got around to trying to get tiles setup for access code management.

Why is there a button to literally embed a picture on this site, but then an error message telling me I can't embed a picture in a post?

Okay, it seems to have worked when I remove the leading exclamation point (added automatically when I click the button to add a picture or when I copy a picture into the message body). Hopefully if anyone else can see it, they can advise why that happens to me on Android

It is a security feature of the forum software for new users. Once your account is observed to not be a spam-bot account, features like the ability to upload images directly into posts will start working.
I think there is also a way for you to manually add yourself to the Hubitat owners group, which also solves the issue of posting images... I just don't know exactly how to do that.

Thank you! I've added myself. I'll try posting the picture again:

Can anyone comment on the original issues I've mentioned? Particularly the slowness when using the Hubitat Elevation app instead of the local web interface of the hub.
