Why is my existing app uneditable / grayed-out?

I think I'm asking a basic HE question here... why is the area in the green box unclickable/uneditable/grayed-out?

click done on that page and tell me what happens

Sure but, uh, what “done” button? There’s no such button that I can see (I’ve tried desktop chrome browser, the iOS hubi app, and iOS safari - which is a shitshow for UX… so hard with off screen UI components and inability to resize or scroll the viewpane).

I wonder if there’s supposed to be a button that’s not rendering, hence my issue?

Looks easy enough to re-create it. I would just delete it and start again.

Funny enough I was actually trying to view it so I could post to get help debugging the fact that it doesn’t work as intended. While it’s a simple rule I was hoping to see exactly how it’s configured so I could learn why I wrote the rule wrong!

So you’re saying there should be some other UI components and I’m observing some sort of bug or at least unexpected behavior?

What app are you using?

Yes.

There should be at a minimum, a Done button in the lower right hand corner.

Normally there should be a done button on that page. I would go with @Slate 's suggestion and just remove and recreate. It's likely a corrupt rule.

When in doubt, reset, clean up, etc.. Reboot.

It seems my hub has been online for ~30 days, which is odd because I've done one or two updates since then and I thought updates include a required automatic reboot. Trying a manual reboot now to see what happens.

reboot did not help. Here's a full screenshot just to make sure I didn't crop something out, for posterity.

Corrupt rule
