Why is it so hard to do a full reset on a Hubitat?

I've got a used C7 that needs to be fully reset so It can be used in a new environment. There is no full reset button in the diagnostic page, contrary to plenty of references to it. There is no Advanced button on the diagnostic page, contrary to the references to it on the diagnostic page documentation. I have performed a soft reset which removed the apps and devices, but the zwave radio is full of phantom devices now. I can't find a zwave radio reset option, contrary to references to it as well. Can't we have at least one up to date document detailing how to properly perform a full reset on a hubitat?

After writing this, I checked one of my other hubs and realized that my diagnostic tool was out of date. The hub had been connected to the internet and I had just updated to the latest firmware as well, so I didn't think the diagnostic tool was out of date. It would be nice to have the diagnostic page indicate if it is running the current version or not. The hub tells us when a new firmware is available.

The Diagnostics Tool will eventually auto-update itself, if the hub is left powered on and connected to the internet for long enough.

To speed up the process, please use this link to upgrade your hub's Diag Tool http://your.hubs.ip.here/hub/cloud/updateDiagnosticTool
