Feels weird you can get flow control in a tap for the kitchen (probably in EU and US) and not a general flow sensor... Unless you run your house through a garden hose setup, there seem to be sensors for that too...

So i tried this out, and turning on the HVAC during exhaust, seems to really help. In the below graph, the first blue spike is the humidity of the bathroom spiked up by shower, and brought down by bathroom exhaust fan alone. The second spike, is exhaust fan+hvac fan together.
