As you can tell, I have them set to warm white. For some reason they turn on red and not white.
What happens if you change the rule to set the "Color Temperature" instead of the "Color" ? I set my Sengled Color bulbs (direct attached to the HE hub) to a Color Temperature of 2700. This works every time. I don't have a Hue Hub, so I can't test that behavior.
I will play around with the setting this evening. Thanks for the input
I removed the original rule and set up a new one the exact same way. I got the same results with red lights. I then took Ogi's recommendation and used the color temperature and all seems to be working. Although it doesn't seem like a lot of features that Hue offers are available on the HE, or maybe not as easy for me to implement. I may just revert back to using the Hue app for my scenes and timers.
Thanks
Update. I tried using the color temperature setting and the lights still turn on red. Also, now my master bedroom Hue light is not turning off at the scheduled time. There may be a glitch with the Hue light & HE connection. Any ideas??
Thanks
