I'm forced to use Rule Machine on some cases because this action isn't available on Basic Rules
Basic rules only allow action ON/OFF which fires the siren, but I only need Chime or Tone.
I would guess that is where Hubitat has "drawn the line" in what is a basic rule. If you need a capability not in basic rules, you're going to have to go to something more complicated.
