Why am I geting this alert in Webcore and how do I stop it

I just started getting these alerts.

Two more this morning. Not sure where these are coming from or how to clear them.

They're coming from HSM so you may find a corresponding entry in your logs. Normally a contact or motion sensor.

Yes, but why is it showing up in my webcore tab? Is this new? Any idea how to stop it? That intrusion alert is when I come into the house and disarm my alarm system.

I've had it for years, goes away when you dismiss the alert in HSM. I have it set to dismiss on Mode change, but can be done via a button or probably even a WC Piston.

I tried all of that. I must be missing something. This is new for me. I have not had these warnings in webcore before.

One way using a Virtual Button Device and a Piston

Virtual Device

In WC

In HSM

This is ridiculous. Why am I getting these notices? I have never gotten them before.

@bertabcd1234 Any help here?

This looks to be an issue with the webCore Dashboard, which is hosted on their servers and not part of the hub. (The other thing to check would be actual HSM events on your hub, which it looks like you did and line up with what you see here, so it's not just going nuts on its own and is also good to know.) That being said, there is a webCoRE app update that will be part of a future hub release if you're using the built-in app, probably the next 2.5.1 release, and if any mismatch between the two might be responsible, that could help. If you're using the community app, you might want to check for any update there too, though I think it's been a while. I won't be much help with either, but that's what I know.

All good information. Thanks.

Can anyone explain why I am getting these red HSM alerts on my webcore page? I just started getting these and I do not know why. Why are they on the webcore piston edit page? This is frustrating. I can easily write a piston that will clear these annoying, big, red alerts. But that immediately deactivates any of my HSM alarms, such as intrusion. I don't think that I have changed a setting somewhere to produce these. But who knows? @bobbyD

Not sure why you weren't getting them before, unless something else was clearing them out (like disarming HSM) - I've gotten these since first day I activated HSM.

I found the solution. Logging level for the main webcore app (in settings) needs to be set to none and it will clear those red alerts and they will not recur.

Thanks for all of your help. Clearly I changed a setting along the way.

Well, I jumped to a conclusion to quickly. This did not solve the original problem. I continue to get the notifications in webcore today. My quest still remains elusive.

What's odd is that if I change the logging level in the webcore app to anything, it clears the warnings on my webcore page. Is there a setting to disable this warning?
