Who owns inovelli lights and switches?

Nothing I can think of. The baby monitor is 2.4Ghz I have some 3210-Ls that I did add the repeater(Zwave side) to the network. Could that be the issue?

I do not like my inovelli bulbs...I am about to replace them with Lightify bulbs.

I find them to send a burst of data after a CT or color change that will sometime lag the whole z-wave network for 5-10 seconds..

I am using the most up to date driver I can find. @bcopeland might be able to help some with these as he wrote a bunch of driver optimizations.

Ah, I was just asking about the exact same thing yesterday. Was hoping @bcopeland had a response for it. I get like 30 of the same messages when I either change the color or the color temperature and that slows down my hub and the bulb itself.

There's something interesting going on here. The color takes a while to change when it has recently been changed and it now appears to be because there's a lot in the logs after a color change. Here are my logs when I change the color of a bulb. [CaptureHE3] [CaptureHE2] [CaptureHE1]

OK. I don't know if this was the issue or not. but I was unable to pair the z wave on my two Outlets. But I did power cycle them...Then I spotted this Door Chime repeater next to the doorbell for the carport. (I have never used this repeater or doorbell really. It is wired into a Sage button. )
I ripped out the batteries and things look much better. However the bulb is still super chatty.

There is no getting around it being chatty.. But what you shouldn't see is a bunch of repeats of the same message..

Each colorComponent has to be sent as a separate message, and since they didn't support V3 there is no target so I had to send request again after delay to support fadeDuration which makes nice smooth transitions rather than jerky jumps.. Plus the fact that if one of the color components doesn't change values it won't send that component out in the automatic replies.. A few quirks like that that caused a bit more talking than I would normally like...

But if your mesh is behaving .. it shouldn't be an issue.. I send colorTemperature to 27 bulbs at the same time and have no delays..

I am. I had 6 messages for ColorComponent0, 10 messages for ColorComponent1, 8 for ColorComponent2, 7 for ColorComponent3 and 1 for ColorComponent4.

So a total of 26 messages when only 5 where needed

My bulb is about 10 ft from the HE hub. However, I have almost 15 Inovelli red on/offs and dimmers in between them.

How far is your hub
Do you have adequate repeaters in place?
Any interference sources? 900Mhz cordless phones, baby monitors, doorbells?

But if you have enough repeaters in place, along the path, it should be fine..

If you have the repeater infrastructure.. I would do a z-wave repair, and look for sources of interference..
