Which version C-8 Pro or C-8?
C-8 for vast majority of users is adequate. Pro if you want the latest, greatest. I have both, C8 Pro running applications and non-zwave or zigbee based devices. C8 running as zwave and zigbee controller. Pro is slightly snappier but not enough to worry about.

Get the pro. It’s on sale right now. And the increased memory and processor speed will stand you in good stead.
