Which device to use an impulse of 2VDC?

Hello,
I have a fermax veo duox and looking to use the F1 button to activate my garage door. But fermax require to buy a 50€ relay to activate this function!! :frowning:
I figured out that connecting 2 connectors, when I press F1 button, the unit send an impulse of 2VDC during maybe 1 second.
To activate the garage door, I need a dry contact and can't send this 2V signal to the door.
Any idea witch device can use this impulse?
The door is connected to a shelly 1. So if I can just monitor this impulse, I could then do a rule to activate the shelly as well. I just can't figure out how to monitor this DC signal.

A simple transistor and resistor will act enough like a contact to meet your needs. IF your garage door works on DC.

Q2 can be any general purpose NPN transistor. I.e. 2N2222 etc

.. and you may add a Capacitor between Transistor Base and a Ground (Minus) if you want to increase a duration for the output pulse. Capacitor value is depend on the desired delay.

A very brief search brings this up, it uses 12VAC, but may be totally different.

This is the outdoor device but it's to far to control wireless.
The installer put to cables from there to home to connect the shelly.
I'm trying to use the signal that the inside phone send once F1 button is pressed.

The transistor will close the contact of the motor circuit without sending this 2V to this circuit? Like a dry contact?
Can you explain better where should I put this? On the left is the phone and on the right is my motor?
