I have a switch that I want to turn on every 30 minutes. Which rule would I use? I looked into Simple automation rules and Rule Machine and can't seem to find it.
Use Rule Machine.
The Trigger would be "Periodic Schedule". Then choose the desired periodicity for a trigger that will look like this:
I'm not sure what you want to happen to start the 'turn on every 30 minutes' routine and how you want to turn it off turn off after 30 minutes or something else happens. But RM has a Repeat Every action:
