Where is the local backup on my unit?
Both C7 units, one with version 2.3.9.136, the other with version 2.3.9.154.
I make frequent backups (local only), before making any changes (hardware or software), to make sure I can go back if there's a problem.
On the new firmware, I see cloud backups, I see scheduled backups, but no more "Create and download a new local backup"... Am I blind?
It is there on my hubs including one without Hub Protect.
Try opening an incognitio window to see if it works correctly there, in case it is some sort of caching problem.
I opened both C7s on different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Opera) on different devices (W10 and Samsung Galaxy). On the old unit, the button is there, on the new one, this button is missing.
So it's not a cache problem.

Update: after installing few devices, I rebooted the unit,
The button is now visible and I can download my own backups to my computer when I choose the right moment.
Just be aware, local backups DO NOT back up the zigbee or z-wave radios. Only a Hub Protect sub can do that. So in case of catastrophic failure you won't have the radios backed up..
