Sorry, just saw that but unfortunately, I don't know what the status of the nano remotes is for Aeotec. They will most likely not be restocked at The Smartest House though.
@robb if you're still looking, the Hank remote could work or if you'd like something that will stick to a wall, you can also consider the Zooz ZEN34 Remote Switch.
That looks good, we'll definitely think about it, if anyone else would be interested in that type of accessory, please post here or send me a message, hopefully we'll get enough backers
The Remote Switch is available locally in Canada from Home Tech Solution
Just got a single Philips Hue Smart Button tonight. It paired right away, but then just blinked orange and no button pushes were showing up in the logs. The "Smart Button" is listed as compatible at https://docs.hubitat.com/index.php?title=List_of_Compatible_Devices, but when I click on the Amazon link on the page it takes me to the 4 button version, not the single button (https://amazon.com/dp/B07XV1HRVZ).
This is an update for those who find this thread and because they are looking that the Phillips Hue Smart Button (Single). Thanks to @Ranchitat, after HE found the devices and the buttons reported some interesting battery levels, I let the buttons sit in their orange blinking state, and they eventually stopped and began to function very well. I see now push and holds on two devices (see logs below). I'm not sure how long this takes, but its less than 5 hours.

Edit: I do not have a Phillips Hue Hub. This is just simple pairing with HE.
